1. What is a template?

A website template is a pre-designed website without your own personnel content. A template can be chosen based on the fact it has the style, look and feel, navigation, color you want your website to emulate.

2. What is template customization?

It is a process of changing (updating) a template according to the customer's requirements. You may order adding your text and images, changing colors and size, creating custom scripts and flash animated area. You may order anything you desire and our professional designers will bring it to life for you!

Hiring web designers/developers to create a new, unique website could be very expensive at you some type of idea and work already done which reduces your final payment because we only update or make changes to pre-existing content.

When your task is done you receive an e-mail asking you to login to your personal production interface and check screenshots of your template tuning result. If you don't like the result you may reasonably revise it by chatting with manager and demand necessary updates.

10. Will I get the origin of template back aside from the customized template?

Yes, you will receive your original template. Once you have accepted the template tuning result you will receive an e-mail with 2 download links. The first link is for downloading the template tuning result, the second link will be to download your original template.

11. What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?

You may: Build any website using the template in any way you desire.

You may not: Resell or redistribute templates; Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified; Make more than one project using the same template (in order to do so you will have to purchase the same template again, unless you have purchased it as a unique template?).

12. What is the difference between the "template price" and the "unique template price"?

"Template price":
This means that it is a non-exclusive purchase. Other people will be able to purchase the same template you have purchased.

"Unique template price":
This means that it is an exclusive purchase. We guarantee you that you will be the last person able to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and people who have bought the template before you will own it.
